Increase your flexibility and strength in a course that aims to open up the body with new movements and new ideas, from dance, to locomotion, strength, stretching, acrobatics etc
The course is focused on whole body movements. Starting with isolating the new ranges of motion and strength needed to perform them, and then integrating them in to new movements and patterns. There will be hanging, crawling, jumping, dancing and laughing. No matter how new or experienced you are to movement and fitness there will be something for everyone in this course.
